The Center for Intelligent Buildings is a first-of-its-kind technology, innovation and collaboration center showcasing Carrier’s products and integrated systems. The building, located in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.,features solutions and interactive displays from our brands, bringing to life all the ways we’re building possible around the world.

About the Building:

The Center for Intelligent Buildings is more than a high-tech, modern workspace. It’s a living showcase of what’s possible when our technologies are implemented intelligently and integrated to increase efficiency, protect people and property, and enhance the occupant experience. The building serves as the global headquarters for Carrier. It was designed and constructed with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility and became the first commercial building in the state of Florida to earn LEED® Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, under the version 4 green building program.

Where: Carrier Corporation – Worldwide Headquarters, 13995 Pasteur Blvd, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418. Enter through the employee entrance, take right into parking garage, call security to lift arm.Park, then proceed to the main lobby to sign in. Pick up a visitor badge.
